Notice No.14 of the Press Center of the Fifth Session of the Tenth NPC
The second plenary session of the 5th Session of the 10th National People’s Congress will be held at 9am at the Great Hall of the People. The meeting will listen to the explanations by Vice Chairman Wang Zhaoguo of the NPC Standing Committee on the draft Law on Real Rights, the explanations by Minister of Finance Jin Renqing on the draft Law on Corporate Income Tax, the explanations by Vice Chairman and the Secretary-General Sheng Huaren of the NPC Standing Committee on the draft decision on the number and election of deputies to the 11th NPC, and the explanations by Vice Chairman and the Secretary-General Sheng Huaren of the NPC Standing Committee on the draft method of election of deputies to the 11th NPC from Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Region.
Press officers from Hong Kong and Macao SAR and press officers of foreign countries in China please enter the Great Hall of the People through the first gate in the south of the Eastern Entrance with your Auditing Cards, and should be seated in area No.4 in the front and the first ten lines in area No.4 on the back or the press area of the second floor.
Journalists from China and abroad may enter the Great Hall of the People through the East Entrance with your press cards. Those who hold G2 Press Cards should be seated in area No.3, 5 and 7 in the front of the second floor while those who hold G3 Press Cards be seated on the third floor.
