The Opening Session of the Fifth Session of the Tenth National People¡¯s Congress will begin at 9:00am on 5 March (Monday). The meeting will hear the work report of the government delivered by Premier Wen Jiabao of the State Council, examining the annual plan and budget report.

Journalists from China and abroad may enter the Great Hall of the People through the East Gate with your press cards. Those who hold G2 Press Cards should be seated in area No. 3, 5 and 7 in the front of the second floor while those who hold G3 Press Cards be seated on the third floor.
