MADRID, Feb. 19 (Xinhua) -- Real Madrid midfielder Mahamadou Diarra will
miss the club's Champions League home match against German side Bayern Munich on
Tuesday due to a right ankle injury, the club said Monday.
"He will not be ready for Bayern," Real said on its website.
The 25-year-old Mali international picked up the injury during Real
Madrid's 2-1 win over Real Sociedad on February 10.
Real Madrid defender Sergio Ramos is in doubt for the match after he
bruised his right foot on Saturday during the club's goalless draw against Real
Betis.
The 20-year-old left the pitch in the 78th minute and he did not train
on Monday for the match against Bayern.
