BEIJING, Feb. 15 -- It is hoped that Chinese actress
Zhang Ziyi will star in a Hollywood disaster movie this year, depicting the San
Francisco earthquake of 1906.
Mark. Harris, producer of the
movie "Crash" says that they are preparing for the movie. The 150
million-US-dollar production will include leading roles for Chinese characters,
and they hope to attract the services of Zhang Ziyi.

The film, dubbed the Asian-American "Titanic", will
coincidentally also feature Leonardo DiCaprio as its leading actor.
If Zhang Ziyi accepts the invitation, she will be the
first Asian actress to collaborate with the American star.
