BEIJING, Feb. 9 -- Fallen King of Pop Michael Jackson plans to break his long silence and record a new album in 2007.

He has already invited Will. I. Am from the Black Eyed Peas to act as the producer on the album. The pair has recorded several new songs at Michael Jackson's home in Ireland.

Michael Jackson hasn't released any albums since 2001, but he says he's never given up his dream of helping people overcome hardship by music.

After working with Michael Jackson, Will.I.Am says he's become a Jackson superfan. He says Michael Jackson has a great understanding of "rock" and is very proud of being an African American pop singer.
