GENEVA, Feb. 8 (Xinhua) -- AC Milan could play the home leg of its Champions League match against Celtic outside Italy following the closure of the country's soccer stadiums.
UEFA said Thursday it would meet with Milan early Friday morning to discuss the issue.
The home leg of Milan's second-round meeting with Celtic is scheduled on March 7.
The game could be moved to neighboring France or Switzerland if the Italian stadium closure prompted by last week's fatal attack on a policeman during rioting by soccer fans remains in place.
