CHANGCHUN, Northeast China, Feb. 3 (Xinhua) -- World
University Games bronze medalist Xu Ming of China lifted the men's singles
figure skating title here on Saturday in his first Asian Winter Games.
Xu, 25, topping the short program the day before, had
66.03 in element score and 62.16 for program component to lead the free skating
and to make it 194.19 points in total.
His compatriot Li Chengjiang finished in the same
position as he did last time in Aomori, Japan, 2003 when he collected 121.56 for
his free skating and his total score was 184.20.
Kensuke Nakaniwa of Japan, fourth after the short program, took the bronze in 179.13. [1] [2] [3] [4]
