LONDON,
Jan. 10 (Xinhua) -- Former England captain David Beckham will not be offered a
new contract with Real Madrid, media reported on Wednesday.
"Beckham will leave us. We will not renew his
contract," the club's sporting director Predrag Mijatovic was quoted as saying
on Sky Italia TV.
Real have been offering the 31-year-old midfielder a
two-year extension to his current deal, which ends in June, but said they wanted
Beckham to make a quick decision on his future so they can plan for next season.
As of Jan. 1, Beckham has been free to talk to other
clubs with teams in England, Italy and the United States interested in signing
him.

MADRID, Jan. 3 (Xinhua) -- Star player David Beckham has
been offered a two-year contract extension by Spanish Real Madrid, and will hold
talks in the coming two weeks.
"We have a definite offer on the table which is for
two more years and is worth slightly more than his existing deal," Beckham's
spokesman Simon Oliveira said on Wednesday.
"We will be sitting down in the next couple of weeks
to discuss things. David will not be leaving Real during the January transfer
window. He is determined to play a full part for Real for the remainder of the

answer from David Beckham, to its offer of a contract extension until June 2009,
local media reported Wednesday.

Real has given the former England captain until December 31 to respond to the
offer.
Beckham's present Real contract expires in June 2007.
Therefore, according to FIFA rules, if he decides not to extend it, he may

MADRID, Oct. 26 (Xinhua) - Real Madrid soccer club
president, Ramon Calderon, told media on Thursday that English winger David
Beckham will stay, denying rumors in the English press that Beckham was seeking
other work.
"I think he will stay. I am almost sure, but I am
represent only one part of this possible agreement. But he seems happy here to
me," Calderon told press at a conference to announce a collaboration agreement
