UNITED NATIONS, Jan 5 (Xinhua) -- UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon has named Asha-Rose Migiro, Tanzania's minister of foreign affairs and international cooperation, to be the world body's deputy secretary-general, UN spokesperson Michele Montas said Friday.
