The 25-year-old, who has been seen partying since filing for divorce from Kevin Federline, has shocked fans on website www.worldofbritney.com so much they have decided to shut it down.

    Ruben Gray, who founded the website, revealed: "Britney is losing her identity and credibility. Britney is done. For me at least.

    "No matter what anyone thinks or how they may disagree, it is very hard to maintain the respect needed to keep things going. So we have decided to shut the website down."

    The website has had almost 37 million visitors since it opened in 2000.

    It will officially close on Jan. 31, 2007.

    Britney, who has been photographed on four occasions without underwear, was seen wearing another revealing outfit at a Los Angeles party this week.

    The mother-of-two, who was spotted chain-smoking and drinking cocktails, arrived in a black top, but soon whipped it off and partied in just a bra.
