SEOUL, Dec. 21 (Xinhua) -- The South Korean government confirmed Thursday that a new case of a highly pathogenic strain of avian influenza was found at a duck farm in the southwestern part of the country.
The Agriculture Ministry said the collective deaths at a duck farm reported on Dec. 11 in Asan, about 90 km south of Seoul, were caused by a highly pathogenic form of avian influenza.
