    DOHA, Dec. 4 (Xinhua) -- Following are some useful facts and figures relating to the 15th Asian Games Doha 2006 tennis competition:

    4,106 -- Capacity of the center court at the Khalifa International Tennis and Squash Complex.

    1958 -- Year in which tennis was first held at the Asian Games.

    66 -- Record number of medals Japan have won in tennis at the Asian Games.

    26 -- Record number of gold medals Japan have won in tennis at the Asian Games.

    16 -- Indian tennis great Leander Paes won his first Asian Games medal 16 years ago at the 1990 Asian Games in Beijing when he won bronze in the men's team event.

    11 -- Medals won by Japan in mixed doubles at the Asian Games.

    10 -- Tennis finals at the Asian Games in which both opponents represented the same National Olympic Committee (NOC).

    9 -- Number of silver medals won by Philippines in tennis at the Asian Games

    8 -- Medals won by Yayuk Basuki, Indonesia in women's tennis at Asian Games: four gold, two silver and two bronze.

    7 -- At the 2002 Asian Games in Busan, South Korea won a total of seven medals in the tennis competition.

    6 -- South Korea has won medals in men's singles and men's doubles at the last six Asian Games.
