    VIENNA, Nov. 23 (Xinhua) -- Mohamed ElBaradei, director-general of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), on Thursday welcomed the positive signals sent by relevant parties about the resumption of talks on the nuclear issue of the Korean Peninsula.

    WASHINGTON, Nov. 22 (Xinhua) -- U.S. Assistant Secretary of State Christopher Hill will return to Asia on Sunday to continue efforts to restart the long-stalled six-party talks aimed at addressing the nuclear issue of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), State Department deputy spokesman Tom Casey said Wednesday.

    BEIJING, Nov. 21 (Xinhua) -- Chinese and U.S. top negotiators agreed to work for an early resumption of the six-party talks and to make concerted efforts for the talks' advancement, Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Jiang Yu said here Tuesday.

    BOGOR, Indonesia, Nov. 20 (Xinhua) -- The United States urged the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) to return to the stalled six-party talks in a bid to end the dispute over the nuclear crisis on the Korean Peninsula, President George Bush said here on Monday.
