ROK negotiator: Disputes should be resolved through bilateral talks

    BEIJING, Dec. 19 (Xinhua) -- Chun Yung Woo, chief negotiator of the Republic of Korea to the six-party talks, said in Beijing Tuesday morning that bilateral talks which pair up negotiators from the six countries should be the major way to resolve their differences.
