    BEIJING, Dec. 22 (Xinhua) -- A Chairman's Statement was issued here Friday after the second session of the fifth round of the six-party talks was in recess. The full text is as follows.

Six-party nuclear talks recess, issuing chairman's statement

    BEIJING, Dec. 22 (Xinhua) -- The six-party talks on the Korean Peninsula nuclear issue recessed on Friday afternoon after issuing a chairman's statement.

ROK negotiator urges sincerity for progress in nuke talks

    BEIJING, Dec. 22 (Xinhua) -- The chief negotiator of the Republic of Korea (ROK) to the six-party talks on Friday morning urged all the parties to show sincerity to narrow the difference and make progress in the talks.  

Hill urges DPRK to be "serious" on denuclearization

    BEIJING, Dec. 22 (Xinhua) -- Chief U.S. negotiator to the six-party talks Christopher Hill on Friday again urged the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) to be "serious" on denuclearization.

    BEIJING, Dec. 21 (Xinhua) -- The prospect of the ongoing six-party on the Korean Peninsular nuke issue remained hazy although the talks are said to end on Friday.

U.S. envoy Hill says six-party talks to end Friday

    BEIJING, Dec. 21 (Xinhua) -- Christopher Hill, top U.S. negotiator to the six-party talks on Korean nuke issue, said Thursday evening that the second phase of the talks will end on Friday.

    Hill said the U.S. delegation will hold another one-on-one meeting with the delegation of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) on Friday and leave Beijing on Saturday morning.

ROK: six-party talks no breakthrough, but identify differences

    BEIJING, Dec. 21 (Xinhua) -- Top negotiator of Republic of Korea (ROK) Chun Yung Woo said on Thursday that there is no breakthrough for the six-party talks on the Korean Peninsula nuclear issue, but all sides have nailed down their difference.
