BRUSSELS, Nov. 22 (Xinhua) -- A helicopter reportedly with 17 people on board crashed into the North Sea near the Dutch port of Den Helder Tuesday night, according to the national broadcaster NOS.

    At least 10 people have been rescued and Coast guards are searching for more survivors, the NOS reported.
