BEIRUT, Nov. 12 (Xinhua) -- Lebanese President Emile Lahoud said on Sunday that the government led by Prime Minister Fouad Seniora was not legitimate anymore after five Shiite ministers resigned on Saturday, the pan-Arab al-Jazeera television reported.
