BEIJING, Nov. 12 -- Getting rid of hubby Kevin
Federline was the first step, getting back her svelte figure was step two, and
now Britney Spears is getting set to take the final step to mark the beginning
of her new life by re-launching her music career.
The "Toxic" singer has reportedly stepped back into
the studio to record new tracks for her first studio album. She begun recording
in Manhattan and will continue to perfect her tracks in Miami over the weekend.
The as-yet untitled album will see Spears reuniting
with hit-making producer Pharrell Williams, the man behind several top 10
singles from her last album, 2003's "In the Zone."
"The stuff I'm about to do is amazing, but I don't
like talking about what I'm about to do. Okay, I'm going in with Britney,"
E!Online quoted Williams, as telling People magazine.
And while Britney's life and career seems to be on
the right track once again, her estranged hubby K-Fed's life, is another story.
Not only was his debut album, "Playing With Fire"
ruthlessly maligned, but two of his gigs in Cleveland and Atlantic City have
also been cancelled due to extremely poor ticket sales.
