BEIJING, Nov. 5 (Xinhua) -- A group of disabled Chinese performers staged a gorgeous performance for wives of the leaders of 20 African delegations who came here for the Beijing Summit of Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC).

The performance, themed on "My Dream" and staged by the China's Disabled People's Arts Troupe and 22 African children, included repertoire dance Bodhisattva Kwan-yin and vocal solo Edelweiss.

The African guests were accompanied by Liu Yongqing, wife of Chinese President Hu Jintao, and Gu Xiulian, vice chairwoman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, China's top legislature.

The Beijing Summit highlighting "friendship, peace, cooperation and development" concluded here on Sunday, with a declaration and an action plan adopted to facilitate "a new type of strategic partnership" between China and Africa.
