BEIJING, Nov. 4 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao delivered a speech Saturday afternoon at the opening ceremony of High-level Dialogue and the Second Conference of Chinese and African Entrepreneurs, urging business communities of both sides to cement cooperation for common prosperity.

    A total of 27 presidents and 6 prime ministers from Africa attended the opening ceremony of the conference.
