    BEIJING, Nov. 4 (Xinhua) -- The Sino-African strategic partnership must adapt to the changes of Africa and suit the needs of the world, said Ethiopian Prime Minister Ato Meles Zenawi while addressing the opening ceremony of the Beijing Summit of Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) here on Saturday.

    Ethiopia is the co-chair country of the forum.
