15th Anniversary of China-ASEAN dialogue relations, the first ASEAN
meeting ever held outside ASEAN member countries, is called a "milestone"
in the history of China-ASEAN relations that links the past and leads
toward future. In the joint statement signed after the summit, China
supports and welcomes the efforts of ASEAN to establish a Southeast Asia
