MOSCOW, Oct. 2 (Xinhua) -- Four detained Russian military officers accused of spying activities were transferred to the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) on Monday.

The procedure took place in the courtyard of the Georgian Prosecutor-General's Office. The representative of the Office told the men they were being expelled from Georgia and would not be allowed to enter the country again, as they were responsible for spying, the Itar-Tass news agencies reported.

OSCE President Karel de Gucht would hand over the officers to Russian embassy officials later in the day.

The released officers will board a Russian Emergency Situations ministry plane that will fly to Moscow on Monday night.  Enditem
