    NEW YORK, Sept. 18 (Xinhua) -- U.S. President George W. Bush will meet with Palestinian leader Mahmud Abbas Wednesday on the sidelines of the 61st session of the UN General Assembly, U.S. national security adviser Stephen Hadley said on Monday.

    "We support voices of moderation. Obviously, President Abbas is one. He is committed to peace, and we have worked with him and would continue to work with him," Hadley said.
