A metal fence is seen at the Longmen
Grottoes in Luoyang, central China's Henan Province, Sept. 19, 2006. The
UNESCO world heritage site has been replacing these metal fences with new
stone fences allowing tourists to view the grottoes at a closer distance
prior to the upcoming tourist peak during the National Day
