missile was a success.
Iranian Military Spokesman said:"We have optimized a type
of medium-range missile and today we shot one of these missiles which is
designed by domestic technicians and fortunately, they hit the targets
successfully."
The Iranian Deputy Commander of Air Forces said on
Saturday that Iran could track and hit warplanes without using conventional
radars. Iran claimed it has test-fired a missile that was not detectable by
radar that can use multiple warheads to hit several targets simultaneously.
Since 1992, Iran has produced its own tanks, armored
personnel carriers, missiles and a fighter plane, according to the government.
It announced in early 2005 that it had begun production of torpedoes.
