PORTO, Portugal, Aug 28 (Xinhua) -- China's top legislator Wu Bangguo arrived here on Monday for a stopover before his Brazilian tour.
Wu, Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress of China, left Beijing on Monday morning for a three-nation visit, which will take him to Brazil, Uruguay and Chile from August 28 to September 9.
Wu was scheduled to meet the mayor of Porto, the second largest city of Portugal, on Tuesday before heading for Brasilia, capital of Brazil. Enditem
