Sepcial Report:Tension accelerates in Iraq

   BAGHDAD, Aug. 28 (Xinhua) -- Five U.S. soldiers in Iraq were killed in two roadside bombings on Sunday, the U.S. military said on Monday.

   Four were killed in northern Baghdad and the fifth was killed in western Baghdad, said a military statement.

   With the deaths, a total of 2,625 U.S. soldiers were killed in Iraq since March 2003 when the United State launched a war against the Arab state. Enditem
