Special Report: New clash between Israeli, Lebanese troops 

    BEIRUT, July 16 (Xinhua) -- Lebanese cabinet said Sunday that the country faced "real annihilation," and accused Israel of usinginternationally prohibited weapons against civilians.  

    "We are facing a real annihilation carried out by Israel, as itis using internationally prohibited weapons against civilians,"Lebanese Information Minister Ghazi Aridi told reporters after anemergency cabinet meeting.

    But he failed to specify what kind of prohibited weaponsallegedly used by Israel.

    Lebanese media reported that Israel had used phosphorusincendiary bombs and vacuum bombs, which suck up the air.Enditem
