Vietnamese Communist Party congratulates CPC

    BEIJING, June 30 (Xinhua) -- The Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee (CPVCC) on Friday sent a congratulatory message to the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) on the 85th anniversary of the CPC's founding.

    The Chinese people had made historic achievements in the cause of national liberation, socialist construction and especially in their endeavors of reform and opening-up to the outside world and in their national modernization construction in the past 85 years under the leadership of the CPC, which was founded on July 1, 1921, said the message by the CPVCC.

    The message said the CPVCC was delighted to witness a rapid growth of the traditional friendship between the two parties and the two peoples.

    Mutual understanding and trust between the two parties, the two countries and the two peoples has enhanced constantly, adding tremendous momentums to the development of the traditional friendship and all-around relations of cooperation between the two countries, it said.

    The CPVCC wished ever greater achievement by the CPC and the Chinese people in their cause of reform and opening-up and their efforts in building socialism with Chinese characteristics. Enditem
