BEIJING, June 19 -- Ticket of Qinghai-Tibet Railway Xining-Lhasa can be booked after June 21 sources from the ticket lobby of Xining Railway Station.

    Caused by the coming operation of Qinghai-Tibet Railway, Xining Railway Station, the starting point of this eye-catching railway goes into a bustle. A staffer of the station told that, lots of people came to ask for the date of selling tickets for going to Lhasa everyday.

    "Train ticket of Xining-Lhasa will be presold June 21," said another staffer in the ticket lobby of Xining Railway Station, "It's 10 days ahead, and we had the notice just now." She also told that, whether the ticket of July 1 could be bought or not, was uncertain.

    To prove this news, reporter dialed the inquiry office of Xining Railway Station and got the same answer.

    Qinghai-Tibet Railway is formed by two sections: Xining-Golumd with 814 kilometers and Golmud-Lhasa with 1,142 kilometers. This big steel railway will see its operation July 1.
