FRANKFURT, Germany, June 9 (Xinhua) -- Spain striker Raul limped out of training on Friday with a foot injury, although team doctors insist his participation in Wednesday's World Cup opener against Ukraine is not in doubt.

    The Real Madrid star and national team captain sustained a blow to his right foot and sat out the rest of the session in Kamen in order to receive treatment.

    But team doctor Genaro Borras described the injury as minor, saying: "It is a unimportant injury and nothing to worry about."
