GAZA, June 9 (Xinhua) -- Three Palestinians were killed in Israeli air
strikes against a militant group in northern Gaza on Friday, Palestinian
security and medical sources said.
A car carrying Palestinian militants was hit by an Israeli missile while
the car was speeding in northern Gaza, said the sources.
According to the sources, the killed were identified as members of the
Popular Resistance committees (PRC), which frequently fires homemade rockets
into Israel.
Jamal Abu Samhadana, a leader of the PRC, was also killed in an Israeli air
strike late Thursday night.
No comment from the Israeli side is available about the Friday strike at
