One killed, three injured in explosion in Turkey

    ANKARA, June 5 (Xinhua) -- One person was killed and three others were injured in an ammunition explosion at a military base in northwestern Turkey on Monday, the CNN-Turk television reported.

    The explosion rocked the military base near a village in the Sakarya province, some 150 km west of Istanbul, according to the report.

    No more details are available and the cause of the explosion was not immediately clear. Enditem
