PARIS, June 4 (Xinhua) -- China's ace pair Zheng Jie and Yan Zi rallied to beat Iveta Benesova and Barbora Strycova of the Czech Republic in three sets on Sunday to reach the women's doubles quarterfinals of the French Open.
Zheng/Yan, who claimed China's first ever Grand Slam title when they won the women's doubles crown at this year's Australian Open, took the match 3-6, 6-4, 6-2.
The fourth seed will next face the winner between Russia's Anna Chakvetadze/Elena Vesnina and Gisela Dulko of Argentina and Maria Kirilenko of Russia. Enditem
