    NEW YORK, June 3 (Xinhua) -- Americans Justin Gatlin and Marion Jones ran an impressive 100m triumphs on Saturday at the Reebok Grand Prix in New York.

    World and Olympic 100m champion Gatlin, the co-world record-holder with Jamaican Asafa Powell in 9.77, won in 9.87 seconds with countryman Tyson Gay second in 10.04 and American Leonard Scott third in 10.07.

    Former Olympic gold medalist Jones did the same by winning the third and biggest victory of her comeback in 11.06 seconds, defeating US world champion Lauryn Williams and 2004 Olympic champion Veronica Campbell of Jamaica.

    Campbell was timed of 11.11 for second and American Torri Edwards third in 11.23.

    Wallace Spearmon, 21, beat Jamaican Usain Bolt, 19, in the 200m, the American's winning time of 20.09 seconds just .03 off his 2006 world best. Bolt was second in 20.25.

    Australia's Sarah Jamieson took the 1,500m in 4:04.57, downing US runner-up Carrie Tollefson by 1.83 seconds.

    World and Olympic champion Tonique Darling of Bahamas pulled up and did not finish in the 400m final won by American Monique Henderson in 50.51. Kerron Clement won the men's 400m in 44.71.

    Jamaica's Danny McFarlane won the 400m hurdles in 49.27 seconds. American Khadevis Robinson captured the 800m in 1:45.66.

    LaShauntea Moore won the 200m in 22.89 with fellow American DeeDee Totter second in 23.04. Another US runner, Damu Cherry, took the 100m hurdles in 12.70 seconds.

    Kenya's Abraham Chebii won the 5,000m in 13:04.5, the fastest time ever in the event on US soil. Kenyans Micah Kogo and Benjamin Limo were second and third. Enditem
