    BEIJING, May 30 -- Fudan University's Law School will launch an advanced course on intellectual property rights with the aim of producing the best intellectual property legal experts in the country. The "advanced course on patents" will be offered to 20 of the school's 340 postgraduate law students.

    Only students with technical background are eligible to take the course. The course will be conducted by experts from Philips Electronics, which will spend 150,000 euros (US$191,423) to implement the program, under an agreement signed yesterday.
