Chinese Premier orders thorough probe of fake drug incident

    BEIJING, May 19 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao has ordered government departments to launch a thorough probe into a fake drug incident, which claimed five lives, and intensify rectification of the pharmacuetical market.

    In response to Wen's instruction, a joint investigation team will head for northeast China's Heilongjiang Province on Saturday to investigate the case. Enditem
