QIQIHAR, May 17 (Xinhua) -- The case of a fake drug made by a local pharmaceutical plant in Qiqihar City, in northeast China's Heilongjiang Province, has been handled over to the public security department of Guangdong province, south China, where somevictims have died.

    The police have placed seven suspects, including factory leaders, under arrest.
