GUIYANG, May 16 (Xinhua) -- A gas outburst left nine miners missing Tuesday afternoon at a coal mine in southwest China's Guizhou Province, local authorities said.

    The accident took place at about 4:45 p.m. Tuesday at the Guiqing Coal Mine located at the Zhongshan Township in Qianxi County of Guizhou's Bijie Prefecture, according to sources with the Guizhou Provincial Administration for Work Safety. Enditem
