LONDON, May 14 (Xinhua) -- English champions Chelsea will unveil Germany midfielder Michael Ballack at a press conference on Monday, the club said on Sunday.

    The 29-year-old Ballack, who is out of contract at Bayern Munich, played his final match with German champions Bayern Munich on Saturday.

    In his four years at the club he won three Bundesliga titles and three German cups.

    Chelsea have been also linked with AC Milan and Ukraine strikerAndriy Shevchenko. Enditem
