MEXICO CITY, May 9 (Xinhua) -- Guatemala sports authoties said on Tuesday that athletes from 16 countries will compete in the fourth Pan American Weighlifting Chamipionship hosted by the country from Wednesday to Sunday next week, according to reports from the country.

    The competition will take place in the Domo sports center in the south of Guatemala City.

    Argentina, Aruba, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Cuba, the Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Panama, Peru,the United States and Venezuela are the nations taking part. Enditem
