MADRID, April 27 (Xinhua) -- Third seed Guillermo Coria from Argentina stumbled out of the Barcelona Open on Thursday as his double-faults handed a breezing win to Spaniard Nicolas Almagro.

Ranked 57th in the world, Almagro spent only 51 minutes to take a 6-2, 6-0 win over the Argentine, who double-faulted 14 times andwon just six points in the second set.

The former French Open runner-up served 23 double faults in one match in Monte Carlo last week.

In the quarter-finals, Almagro will take on the winner of the clash between two former French Open champions, 10th seed Juan Carlos Ferrero and Albert Costa. Enditem
