BEIJING, April 24 (Xinhuanet)-- After Denise Richards filed paperwork in Los Angeles Superior Court accusing her husband, actor Charlie Sheen, of being abusive towards her, the later was ordered to keep at least 90 meters away from Richards and their two young daughters.

In a 17-page court declaration filed on Friday, the actress, who appeared in the Bond movie The World is Not Enough, laid out a series of shocking allegations against Sheen, including claims regarding his dalliances with prostitutes, his drug and gambling addictions and his threats to harm, or even kill her.

Richards also described how Sheen took one of their wedding pictures, sawed it in half and spray-painted "the dumbest day of my life" over it.

After the abuse allegations were made, a judge on Friday ordered Charlie Sheen to stay at least 90 meters from his estranged wife and their two young daughters except during supervised visits. Another hearing is scheduled for May 12.

Charlie Sheen, who appears in the hit CBS television series Two and a Half Men, and son of Martin Sheen, star of Apocalypse Now, on Saturday denied charges from his estranged wife.

"Obviously, what has taken place is vile, is unconscionable, is without merit, is a transparent and immature smear campaign," Sheen said.

The restraining order is the latest chapter in the stormy marriage between Sheen, a one-time playboy, and model, actress Richards who filed for divorce from him last December, after less than three years of marriage.

In 1993 Sheen's name was discovered in the little black book where famous Heidi Fleiss, the Hollywood madam, listed her clients. He confessed to having spent nearly USD 50,108 on her girls, who cost USD 1,967 a night. Enditem
