    BANGKOK, April 23 (Xinhua) -- Thai eligible voters in fourty constituencies needed by-elections, mostly in the south, went to the poll stations again on Sunday morning to redecide the fates of Thai Rak Thai Party's candidates, who has been defeated by "No Vote" in the April 2 general election.
