MACAO, April 21 (Xinhua) -- Passport holders of the Macao Special Administrative Region (MSAR) have been granted visa-free access to San Marino and British Virgin Islands.

A press release issued here Friday by the Information Bureau said Macao passport holders have also been granted visa-on-arrivalstatus by Timor Leste.

The MSAR government was informed of the above grantings Thursday by the diplomatic agencies of the concerned countries, said the release.

A total of 72 countries and territories have granted Macao passport holders visa-free access or visa-on-arrival status, it added. Enditem
