Three Iraqi university professors killed in Baghdad

    BAGHDAD, April 19 (Xinhua) -- Three university professors werekilled on their way home in Baquba, some 65 km northeast ofBaghdad on Wednesday, a police source said.

    "The three professors, including a couple, from DiyalaUniversity were gunned down in Baquba," the source from the JointCoordination Center there told Xinhua.

    Another professor was wounded, the source added.In another development, a car bomb went off in the Karadadistrict in central Baghdad Wednesday afternoon, killing two andwounding two others, police said. Enditem
