    CANBERRA, April 13 (Xinhua) -- Australian Prime Minister John Howard began to give evidence Thursday before an inquiry investigating the Iraq kickback scandal, saying he did not see cables containing warnings that Australian wheat exporter AWB could be paying kickbacks to Saddam Hussein's government.
