KABUL, March 22 (Xinhua) -- Afghan President Hamid Karzai on Wednesday announced a cabinet reshuffle and the list of the new cabinet members has been sent to parliament for approval, said a statement from the president's office.

    According to the statement, Karzai will replace Foreign Minister Abdullah Abdullah with his chief international politics advisor Dadfar Rangin Spanta.

    The Youth Affairs and Social Affairs Ministries will merged with other ministries. Enditem
