CPC, KMT to hold trade forum in Beijing

    BEIJING, March 22 (Xinhua) -- The Communist Party of China (CPC) and the Kuomintang party of Taiwan will hold a forum on economic and trade affairs between the Chinese mainland and Taiwan from April 14 to 15 in Beijing.

    The event is part of an agreement reached Wednesday between officials of the Taiwan Work Office of the CPC Central Committee and a delegation of the think tank of the Kuomintang. Enditem
